If you’re a driven sales person, passionate about event sales and excited by the prospect of working in one of Sydney’s leading 5 star hotels, then Sheraton Grand Sydney has the role for you. We are seeking an enthusiastic Wedding Sales Manager to join our close knit team.
+ Work with potential wedding clients and industry suppliers to secure weddings and social events
+ Plan and conduct high end site inspections and entertainment with a focus on detail and conversion
+ Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements
+ Act as an ambassador for Sydney’s grand, iconic hotel and promote awareness on the newly renovated product.
+ Passion and drive are considered highly desirable
+ Previous experience in a similar role is required
+ Operation or administrative hospitality experience would be beneficial
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Energized by a fast paced environment and looking to grow in a sales capacity
+ Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia essential to be considered for this role.
