24/7 Production Tech Support Specialist

TNG Digital in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Production Support Engineer to monitor the eWallet platform and respond to incidents across merchants and end users. The role requires shifting to 24/7 coverage, including late nights and weekends, to keep services running smoothly.

You will work closely with SRE, developers, and solution architects, diagnose root causes, gather logs and DB data for analyses, and contribute to rapid, reliable resolution in a fast-paced, global environment.
