Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced IS Supplier Relationship Manager to support the governance and performance management of key technology suppliers. This role will report to the IS Transformation Manager and will be critical in ensuring suppliers deliver against contractual commitments, drive value, and align with strategic business objectives.

📍 Location: London or Aberdeen (Hybrid working)

What you’ll do

Supplier Governance & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary IS contact for key suppliers
  • Lead structured governance forums including monthly service reviews and QBRs
  • Track actions, manage risks, and ensure alignment to delivery priorities

    • Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor supplier KPIs, SLAs, and overall performance
