The Maintenance Manager for the production maintenance team provides leadership and cross-functional expertise to maintenance personnel in the packaging areas. Responsible for managing the effective execution of all maintenance and project work within their assigned areas of responsibility. Responsible for team members and all maintenance activities affecting the business. Maximizes the potential of all team members and fosters an environment that allows for progressive continuous improvement of skills.
