International’s Huntsville Powertrain Plant is seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Operations Supervisor - Machining to join our dynamic team. In this critical leadership role, you will drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing practices, guide high-performing machining teams, and play a vital role in ensuring our plant delivers world-class quality, cost, and delivery performance.
As a frontline leader, you will be the key liaison between plant floor activities and upper management—implementing strategy, coaching your team, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Training & Schedule:
Training: This role requires up to 6 months (or more, as needed) of hands-on training on 1st shift
Permanent Shift: Upon completion of training, the position transitions to 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
