Job Description
Job Summary:
Second Shift Mechanical Assembler. Hours: 2pm - 11:30pm.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
+ Communicate effectively to leadership regarding issues/status/performance during a given shift.
+ Maintains an effective relationship with Quality and Engineering teams to ensure production goals are met.
+ Prepares work to be accomplished by studying instructions and following blueprint specifications.
+ Performing a variety of inspections to ensure that it meets/exceeds IPC standards.
+ Performing pass downs with outgoing/incoming shifts.
+ Operate Production equipment (Conformal Coat, Plasma Cleaners, Cure Ovens, etc.).
+ Able to perform all tasks in the Mechanical Assembly operation (Wash, Bake, Underfill, Masking, curing, demasking and cleaning/touch up). <...
