3rd Shift FSQS Lead

POSITION PURPOSE:

• Under direction of the shift supervisor, the FSQS Lead Technician ensures the FSQS Technicians are following quality and food safety procedures to maintain the quality and safety of the food products produced by Dorada Foods.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

•   Other duties may be assigned.

Compliance:

• The technician must be in their work area, ready to work at the posted start time.  The expectation is the Lead will spend 85% of the shift on the production floor.


• This position is required to carry the company provided radio at all times and communicate as required by SOP.

Ensure that all Food Safety Policies are followed and immediately take control of, correct and report any potential Food Safety deficiencies Training and Development:

• Be knowledgeable on all product specifications for specific customers.
