6G Prototyping & Testbed Implementation, Technical Manager (Project based)

Job Description

• Design, develop, and validate new technology prototypes and proof‑of‑concept systems for 6G wireless networks.
• Implement and optimize wireless communication algorithms in lab and field environments.
• Lead testbed system integration, including software and hardware co‑development.
• Oversee end‑to‑end system validation, verification, and performance benchmarking against relevant standards.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners (infra. vendors, universities, labs) on prototyping and demonstration projects.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering or related field.
• Strong DSP and wireless algorithm development skills; hands‑on experience with system implementation.
• Deep understanding of mobile communication systems (3G, 4G, 5G, and beyond) and relevant specifications.
