Position: Advisor, Sales Operations

Location: Ottawa, Canada (hybrid – two in‑office days per week, up to three days in September 2026)

Summary

Partner with frontline teams across EDC’s regional offices to enable sales execution through effective processes, tools, data, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality operational support to frontline teams, ensuring timely completion of sales activities and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage and prioritize work across shared intake channels such as Service Now.
• Execute transaction‑related processes, including onboarding, due diligence, and CRM data updates.
• Champion data governance best practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability of sales data.
