The Role

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and systems for asset and liability management.
• Create business development and annual plans, prepare budgets, establish assessment criteria, and ensure the execution of business plans and budget evaluations. Optimize asset and liability structures to maintain a balanced resource allocation.
• Conduct monthly asset liability management and comprehensive operational analyses and organize ALCO and operational analysis meetings.
