Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Enter daily accounting data accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records
- Prepare invoices and payment vouchers to support timely billing and payment processes
- Assist with payroll processing to ensure employees are paid correctly and on schedule
- Organize and maintain filing systems to support efficient document retrieval
- Perform basic administrative tasks to support office operations
- Complete other ad hoc duties as assigned to support team needs
