Qualifications
- With at least 3 years of key account experience in the FMCG Industry
- With good leadership skills
- Must be flexible and adaptable to new business process and culture sets
- With good distribution and key account management background
- Must have strong critical and analytic skills
- With good communication presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Leadership background is a plus
- Planning and Organizing, Data Analysis, Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Negotiation Skills, Account management, Distributor management (not required but a plus)
- Basic knowledge of profit and loss
- Problem – Solving and Decision Making
