Responsibilities: Process cashbook and recons of all bank accounts Process petty cash and recons of 3 branches Monthly recons of balance sheet accounts Quarterly internal audit balance sheet, include recons of all accounts Receive stock on Evolution, ensure prices are correct Prepare month end reports, ensure debtors and creditors are complete Review expenses for accuracy throughout the month Prepare and finalise management accounts for FM reviews and present during Exco Assist with preparation for year-end audit Manage expense control and expense analysis Prepare staff clockings time reports for month-end payroll Assist the Financial Manager with ad-hoc accounting and HR duties
