Position Overview
Job Description:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end creditors function, ensuring timely and accurate supplier and farmer payments.
- Review and sign off on creditor reconciliations, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Provide guidance and oversight to the Creditors Clerk, supporting efficient day-to-day financial operations.
- Manage debtor accounts, driving effective collections and ensuring reconciliations are up to date.
- Coordinate weekly and monthly payroll activities, ensuring smooth and accurate processing.
- Ensure payroll-related accounting entries and statutory submissions, including EMP201 returns, are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare and process monthly journals, accruals, and provisions in line with reporting requirements.
