Position Overview

Perform HQ reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and assist in the preparation of financial statementsand management reports. 
Maintain, prepare and reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts with sub-ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records. 
Analyze profit and loss variances by channel (Retail, E-commerce), including gross profit and SGA (monthly). 
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards. 
Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including balance sheet reconciliations. 
Monitor accounting data to identify unusual transactions, trends, or variances and follow up with relevant stakeholders. 
Perform fixed asset reviews quarterly and manage fixed asset reporting. 
Perform inventory reviews and manage inventory provision reporting.
