Position Overview

Accountant

Job Responsibilities – 

Please note: All of the following responsibilities apply across multiple entities within the corporation.

  • Responsible for Accounts Payable subledger module 
  • Payroll accounting and related statutory withholding tax
  • Processing of all payments in bank
  • General ledger closing including preparation of journals, balance revaluation and report extraction. 
  • Month-end Closing & Reporting, to align with the corporate closing schedule and reporting requirements.
  • Preparation of quarterly forecasts and the annual budget (AOP)
  • Tax Compliance, including VAT return filing, stamp duty filing, income tax filing, etc
  • Preparation of documents for annual audit 

    • Any other ad-hoc assignment
