Accounting Analyst – Variable Compensation & Monthly Close

PRIMO in Medellín, Colombia is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support financial processes related to variable compensation and ensure accuracy. The role involves calculations, reconciliations, and monthly closing support to guarantee high-quality financial information.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or be pursuing it in Accounting or Finance, B2 level English, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Familiarity with accounting software like SIIGO or Ilimitada is preferred.
