Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Payment Operations & Supervision

• Oversee the full payment lifecycle, including vendor invoices, employee expense reimbursements, and cross-border financial transactions.

• Manage and execute daily international and local payments, ensuring strict adherence to internal controls and global accounting standards.

• Supervise a small team, allocating workloads to ensure all tasks are completed within agreed Turnaround Times (TATs).

• Serve as the primary point of contact for banks, auditors, and internal management regarding payment inquiries and reconciliations.



2. Analysis, Reporting & Optimization

• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and control.

• Review payment-related reports, focusing on international transaction fees and performance metrics.
