Accounting Controller Manager

Our tema, for a Logistic company/ is consolidating a network of high-quality refrigerated storage sector is looking for an **Accounting Controller Manag**er to join the Team at **Monterrey, Mexico.
**
**Requerments**:
- Responsible for monitoring monthly, quarter and year end close process with all legal entities in Mexico, guaranteeing process is concluded on time and compliant with corporate instructions (proper accounts classification according to corporate chart of accounts, compliance with accounting policies, etc);
- Review all accounts reconciliation and reports from accounting team;
- Guide the team on proper accounting treatment for M&A/Business combination activities;
- Coordinate year audit process, including Financial statements preparation;
- Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems, transaction
- processing operations, and policies and procedures
