Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a temporary opportunity with a growing organization. This in-office Calgary role is ideal for a hands-on accounting leader with strong experience managing the month-end close, financial reporting, and supporting a high-performing accounting team within a publicly traded company.



Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
* Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements, and variance analyses.
* Manage the general ledger, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
* Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to the accounting team while supporting day-to-day operations.
