Position Overview
Accounting Officer
Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Officer to manage daily accounting operations, billing and collections, supplier payments, payroll support, and HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate has strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Process billing, invoicing, collections, and supplier payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Handle petty cash and expense tracking.
- Assist with payroll processing and government remittances.
- Prepare financial reports and supporting documents.
