Accounting Specialist

Role Description

The Accounting Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Caloocan City. This role is responsible for recording daily financial transactions, preparing and posting journal entries, and ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of the general ledger. The Accounting Specialist will assist in preparing financial statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank and account balances. The role also includes using accounting software to generate reports, support budgeting and expense tracking, and help ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant financial policies. The Accounting Specialist will collaborate with operations and management to provide accurate financial data that supports decision‑making and business growth.
