Accounting Specialist

Position Summary

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Accounting Specialist plays a pivotal role in overseeing and advancing the day-to‑day accounting operations of the organization. This position is responsible for managing the full accounting cycle, driving process improvements, ensuring compliance with Canadian accounting standards, and gradually taking on team leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of Canadian accounting experience, a strong command of both AP/AR and financial reporting, and the initiative to lead cross‑functional projects.

Working Conditions

• Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch
