Accounting Staff - Billing and Collection

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Staff member specializing in Billing and Collection to join our logistics team. In the fast-paced trucking industry, timely invoicing and efficient cash flow management are critical. You will be responsible for ensuring that all freight deliveries are accurately billed, documentation (like Proof of Deliveries) is verified, and payments are collected on schedule.



Key Responsibilities



1. Freight Billing & Invoicing



Review manifests, rate confirmations, and bills of lading (BOL) to ensure accurate invoicing.

Generate and distribute high-volume invoices

Verify accessorial charges against driver logs and customer contracts.

Ensure all Proof of Delivery (POD) documents are clear, signed, and attached to invoices.

2. Accounts Receivable & Collections



Monitor aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
