Accounting Trainer

The Accounting Trainer is responsible for developing and deliver a comprehensive training modules on accounting processes including ARC Reporting, Debit Memo Processing, Commission Accounting, Vendor Payments and General Accounting Services, etc. He/She will customize the training content to address the unique financial workflows and compliance requirements of the Travel Sector, assess the training needs and its effectiveness. This role ensures that employees are equipped to perform the services in accordance to the client’s expectations and value creation. The Trainer will focus on both technical and soft skill development, ensuring accounting staff meet performance expectations and professional standards.
