Position Overview


Robert Half are currently looking for a Part-Time Finance Assistant to join a small business in Swindon area.

This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day finance activities.

2 days per week, office based 10.00am - 4.00pm.

Swindon area, with parking.

  • Processing Accounts Payable invoices
  • Daily banking duties, including bank reconciliations
  • Allocating payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling basic supplier queries
  • General finance and accounts administration
  • Previous experience as a Finance Assistant or in Accounts Payable
  • Comfortable with banking and reconciliations
  • Happy working in a small business environment
  • Organised, reliable, and able to hit the ground running
  • Available at short notice for a temporary assignment
