Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily ACMV works at site and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed within the project schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate material deliveries, manpower allocation, and site activities.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress and site issues.
- Identify and resolve site technical issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation as required.
- Monitor and verify completed works for progress claims and variation works.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders when required.
