Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with counterparts in WPP Media regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia)
- Enforce best practices with focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery, and be accountable for consistent work delivery to WPP Media regional teams by ensuring a high quality of output.
- Serve as a point of escalation for your team and take ownership of resolving challenges.
- Line manage 2-5 direct reports.
- Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development, improvement, and progress. Provide awareness and recognition for jobs that are well done.
Skills and Experience
- Advanced English level (B2–C2).
- Have 3 years of implementing and optimizing programmatic campaigns in CM360 or Sizmek and some experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or DV360.
