Position Overview
About the Role We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Bengaluru outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling customer inquiries, managing calls, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers and visitors professionally. Answer and direct phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries. Coordinate with sales and operations teams. Handle customer queries and provide product information. Manage appointments, deliveries, and general front-office activities. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Requirements Any degree or diploma. Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and/or Hindi. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
