Position Overview
Requirements
- Diploma/Nitec in Business Admin, HR or related field
- 1+ year HR/Admin experience
- Basic knowledge of HR Practices
- Familiarity with HR (Infotech) / Accounting software (Xero) will be an advantage
HR:
- Assist in Recruitment & Onboarding/ Offboarding
- Manage Work Permit Applications, Renewals, Cancellations
- Maintain Foreign Worker Records & Payroll support
- Prepare HR letters (employment, confirmation, resignation)
- Assist to arrange for Staff training
- Conduct Exit interviews
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Admin:
- Assist in raising quotation (covering)
- Raise PO in Xero
- Petty Cash
- Maintain Filing & Documentation (invoices, receipts)
