Position Overview

Requirements
  • Diploma/Nitec in Business Admin, HR or related field
  • 1+ year HR/Admin experience
  • Basic knowledge of HR Practices
  • Familiarity with HR (Infotech) / Accounting software (Xero) will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities

HR:

  • Assist in Recruitment & Onboarding/ Offboarding
  • Manage Work Permit Applications, Renewals, Cancellations
  • Maintain Foreign Worker Records & Payroll support
  • Prepare HR letters (employment, confirmation, resignation)
  • Assist to arrange for Staff training
  • Conduct Exit interviews
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Admin:

  • Assist in raising quotation (covering)
  • Raise PO in Xero
  • Petty Cash
  • Maintain Filing & Documentation (invoices, receipts)
