Position Overview
The Admin is responsible for supporting operations through accurate documentation, inventory management, and coordination. This role ensures that all material movements are properly recorded, documented, and reported to maintain smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Duties- Data Entry & Record Management
- Accurately record inbound and outbound transactions in the system.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Inventory Management
- Verify and register incoming goods against delivery orders and purchase records.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or irregularities.
- Document & Invoice Handling
- Collect, check, and manage delivery orders (DOs), invoices, and goods movement documents.
