Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and meetings for individuals in LCPA team
  • Arrange room bookings for meetings and events as required by LCPA team
  • Book travel including flights, hotels, and transportation for team members
  • Process and reconcile expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Undertake other administration support as requested by LCPA team including basic document creation
  • Be a team player able to work with different personalities and working styles
  • Flex to work across other teams where cover required

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in providing administrative support
  • Good English proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Effectively able to prioritize work by understanding competing demands and making appropriate judgments regarding relative importance
