Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team on a long-term contract basis in Calgary, Alberta. In this role, you’ll support daily operations in a fast-paced environment by managing tasks, coordinating workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Provide operational support to the Business Enablement team.Triage, log, prioritize, and route incoming support tickets.Resolve low-complexity tasks independently.Offer administrative support to maintain workflow continuity.Ensure smooth operations during peak periods and absences.Assist with day-to-day activities and project support.Provide team coverage during meetings or project work.Use tools like Power BI, Microsoft Teams Planner, and SharePoint.Collaborate with teams to support trade floor activities.Proactively identify and address operational needs.
