Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage calls, emails and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters and other documents
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems
- Handle procurement and supply chain
- Assist with invoice processing and basic bookkeeping
- Support management with administrative projects and office housekeeping
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or accountancy/procurement role. Proficiency in ERP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills and time-management abilities. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
