What will you be doing! 
Maintaining accurate office records and files/follow-up system for outstanding issues.
Preparing correspondence, minutes, and action lists and prioritizing commitments.
Reviewing incoming correspondence and electronic mail and taking appropriate action.
Reviewing and updating inventory records.
Analyzing data entries in the system.
Managing scheduling of meetings and appointments.
Coordinating meetings, such as booking rooms, sending invites, and ordering catering.
Tracking and following up on actions placed on the LaPrade Section head and other division staff.
