Position Overview

Responsibility


  • Operation support for roster upload and changes for HK teams.

  • Handle office tasks such as ordering supplies, payment processing, maintenance, and replenishment.

  • Manage meeting room bookings and maintain scheduling accuracy.

  • Share updated staff lists with the COE QA team to support compliance and quality assurance.

  • Handle petty cash reimbursements and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Send notifications regarding sick leave and ensure proper documentation.

  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including updating the attendance system (ACATS), biometrics registration, and assisting with orientation processes.
  • Requirements

  • Diploma or above

  • Prior experience in administrative or back-office support preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), 2FA Authenticator, and related applications
