Position Overview
What you’ll be doing
Produce high-quality collateral, reports and documentation to support reactive maintenance teams.
Deliver accurate weekly and monthly data reporting to inform operational performance.
Maintain up-to-date work schedules and issue work instructions to relevant teams.
Provide holiday and sickness cover to ensure continuity across maintenance operations.
Carry out general administrative duties and respond to ad hoc requests as required.
Ensure all routine maintenance information is accurately captured within the maintenance management system, including day and night works, updates, maintenance records and work instructions.
Process material and stock orders in collaboration with the Supply Chain Procurement Team, ensuring PPE, tools and equipment are available when needed.
