Job Description

The DBA Program Administrator will oversee the administrative, operational, and coordination aspects of the Doctorate of Business Administration program. This role serves as a key liaison between faculty, doctoral candidates, program/college leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery and high academic standards.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Higher Education Administration, or related field (preferably master’s degree)
• Experience in academic administration, preferably in graduate or doctoral programs
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with faculty and doctoral-level students
