Role overview

This role focuses on supporting and operating the Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric platform, ensuring its reliability, performance, security, and governance across the organization. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support of the platform, including monitoring, troubleshooting, capacity management, gateway administration, and user access management.

The role also involves supporting Power BI reports, semantic models, and data refresh processes, while identifying and resolving platform, deployment, and performance issues. You will work closely with business users, data engineers, and platform administrators to ensure adherence to governance standards, security best practices, and operational excellence.
