Test EngineerThe Test Engineer ensures the correct functionality, reliability, and performance of electronic products by developing, executing and improving testing processes.
This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and collaboration with cross‐functional teams in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on ICT, FCT, and functional test stations.Develop, modify and validate test programs using C++, C#, Python or related languages.Lead and support pilot runs for NPI, ensuring test readiness, fixture availability and KPI monitoring.Execute functional failure debug on product and test benches.Support EVT/DVT testing and pilot builds, ensuring test coverage and station stability.Document technical findings and generate clear, actionable reports.Ensure compliance with quality standards, manufacturability and test functionality.Collaborate in design reviews with a DFM/DFA perspe...
