Introduction  We are looking to recruit an Advertising Coordinator to work within our Marketing department. The role will be based at the Head Office in Cape Town. 
Job Purpose:  
To co-ordinate activities for above the line promotions and ensure that the related processes are maintained and followed as per the promotional calendar. 
Job Objectives:  
To ensure that the promotional vehicles are created and the required page ownership and marketing instruments are assigned timeously based on agreed calendar. 
To apply the appropriate page layout, design and templates to each leaflet vehicle based on the pre-promotions planning meeting.
