Role Overview

As Aerospace & Defense Business Development Leader for Europe, you will drive the development of the segment across the continent, collaborating with business and local operations to connect teams, align efforts, and adapt approaches to varying levels of maturity. You will support advanced teams to scale best practices while building capability among developing markets.

You will also contribute to key European and multi-country programs and accounts, including NATO, and coordinate positioning and engagement across zones.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to establishing Schneider Electric as a credible partner across NATO, EU defense bodies, Ministries of Defense, and the broader Aerospace & Defense ecosystem.
