Age Group Coach @ Hamilton Aquatics

Hamilton Aquatics is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Age Group Coach to deliver a high quality programme to the Competition Junior and Competition Age Squads within the Hamilton Aquatics squad structure. Our goal is to develop the most skilful, robust, and well prepared junior swimmers of any club programme globally, while recognising the important role parents play in a swimmer's journey through strong relationships, communication, and education.

The successful candidate will support swimmer development through high quality coaching, talent identification, athlete progression, and positive stakeholder engagement, while upholding the values and standards of Hamilton Aquatics.
