Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Agency Business/Strategic Development team across nationwide regions.

Strategically plan and position key initiatives, products, and campaigns for comprehensive coverage.

Ensure the achievement of production, recruitment, active agents, and Advisory targets.
