The role

• Handle all shipment bookings via different channels of communication, example via phone call & emails
• Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide quotes for freight charges via email wherever necessary
• Ensure all data (required by Operations Performance Assessment - OPA )are entered into Expeditors Transport Management Systems (ETMS) timely and accurately
• Provide truck details promptly and give timely feedback to customers on freight status.
• Ensure that system KPI events are updated promptly and on time.
• Check on customer credit status and established rates before shipment arrangement
• Good understanding of customers’ profiles and handling requirements to ensure 100% compliance, 100% customersatisfaction all the time.
