Join Computacenter Mexico as a Trilingual Help Desk Agent!

Shifts available to choose- Morning shift: from 5am to 3pm
- Evening shift: from 1pm to 10pm
- Night shift: from 10pm to 6am
Note: The first month we have a morning paid training from Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm.
What do you need to apply?- Advanced English, Spanish and Portuguese
- Experience in IT technical support (if you don’t have it yet, we’ll train you)
- Strong communication skills over the phone
- Customer service mindset
