Position Summary

The Agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer is responsible for designing, building, deploying and operating autonomous Artificial Intelligence agents that power AI-driven business operations across Rolls‑Royce Power Systems. This role applies to a Large Language Model (LLM)-first engineering approach where Large Language Models serve as the reasoning core of intelligent agents, while enterprise systems, application programming interfaces (APIs) and tools act as deterministic execution layers.
