Agentic Elixir Engineer (Bogotá)

The Position

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience developing applications using Elixir.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful web services and integrating APIs.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or traditional SQL databases.
• Experience using AI engineering tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar systems to accelerate software development.
• Ability to prompt, guide, and review AI‑generated code, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
