AI Forward Deployed Engineer

Description

The AI Forward Deployed Engineer (AI FDE) is a technically proficient AI practitioner embedded within internal business units and/or external Globe Group affiliates to design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered solutions tailored to specific team workflows and pain points. Although inspired by AI tech companies’ FDE model, in Globe this role bridges the gap between enterprise AI capabilities and real business needs through rapid prototyping, demo-driven development, and deep stakeholder collaboration.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage directly with internal business teams (Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, IT, Network, etc.) to discover, scope, and prioritize AI use cases

Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-value AI solutions using Globe's AI tooling stack (, LLMs, automation platforms, APIs)

Conduct demo-driven development cycles to validate AI solutions with stakeholders before full-scale deployment...
