Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide shipment updates.
- Process air export booking requests and coordinate shipment arrangements.
- Arrange cargo collection from customers' premises.
- Confirm bookings and provide flight schedules and shipment details to customers.
- Manage customer expectations and resolve service-related issues and complaints.
- Liaise with overseas offices on shipment status and operational enquiries.
- Verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely processing.
- Prepare customer reports and shipment documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in air export customer service or freight forwarding.
- Knowledge of export booking, AWB and shipping documentation.
- Strong communication, customer service and coordination skills.
